The three artists formerly known as "Da Honkeys" began the Resurrected Souljas in Summer 2004. Brian H, Smiley Chris, and Patrick (G. Whyte) decided that it was time for the group to get more serious. This lead to the trio changing the jovial name into a more serious one, set on the revolution of mainstream music. Brian then recruited the most talented performers he could find to help solidify the structure of the Resurrected Souljas. Pat Shand is hosting them on his label SOT/Blackk Records and they are currently recording their debute album in Smiley Chris's studio, "WHATZ GOOD STUDIOS". Their debute album "Play in the Reign" is in the worlds and will come out in early 2005.
